Friendly staff, delicious meals, spacious room, organize safari

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. It was great that the staff organised an all-day private safari for us to explore a beautiful national park nearby, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance with good service.

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me in organizing a last minute safari without any hassle. Cleanliness was also a top priority, evident in the well-maintained hotel facilities from the pool to the cozy rooms. In terms of location, this hotel was perfect for me, being close to transportation and within easy access to the attractions of the city. Lastly, breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety that catered to all tastes.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect for us, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, which was great for staying connected. Additionally, the hotel provided free toiletries and a hair dryer, making our stay even more convenient. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, and we enjoyed relaxing in the evening and watching our favorite shows.

Enjoyed the delicious food served at this beautiful property during my weekend stay. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The pool area was a bit uncomfortable with no sunbeds available. The wifi signal was pretty weak and only worked in the reception area.

The hotel offered a relaxing stay in a remote location with very good service and friendly staff. the food was reported as yummy and excellent with staff always accommodating guest's dietary requirements. Guests praised the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. the hotel also has a great pool perfect for unwinding after an early morning safari and good Wi-Fi connection.

Despite the hotel's tranquil location, the ongoing construction was not mentioned in the brochures, causing guests to complain about the noise and dust.
